With recent updates to our eReceipt feature, all online orders from accepted eReceipt Retailers will now be scanned into your Fetch Rewards app only after they have been "Shipped" or "Delivered". The purchases that are only labeled as "Ordered" will no longer be recognized and will not award you with points at that time in the transaction. Once the order status reaches "Shipped", you can go ahead and try scanning for it!
