With recent updates to our eReceipt feature, all Amazon orders from accepted Amazon services will now be scanned into your Fetch Rewards app only after they have been "Shipped" or "Delivered". The purchases that are only labeled as "Ordered" will no longer be recognized and will not award you with points at that time in the transaction.
As a reminder, we accept Amazon orders from Amazon, Amazon Prime, Amazon Subscribe & Save, Amazon Smile, and Amazon Fresh at the moment. Amazon Business orders are not yet able to be processed at this time.
