I’m having trouble connecting to my bank account, what should I do?

Fetch does not receive your online banking credentials, and cannot see error messages. During the Beta testing, please let us know the banking institution and error you are seeing. Please do not share your online banking login, password, account number, social security number, or any other private information with us… your privacy is important! From there, we will investigate the issue and hope to get it resolved shortly.

Please Note: Fetch Rewards cannot manually add any bank accounts to FetchPay. If an account is not being accepted, we are not able to add it in our system.
