Why was my Account Deactivated?

At Fetch Rewards, we unfortunately have some people trying to get points fraudulently. In order to provide the most savings and points to our users, we put systems in place to detect fraudulent behavior.

Below, are common reasons for account deactivations:

  • Changing non-partner items to partner items
  • Having multiple accounts on one device
  • Creating fake accounts to receive referral bonuses
  • Scanning receipts for a business purchase
