If you should have earned points on a receipt (even for special offers), but items were not
properly identified, you can correct this inside the app to earn your points faster.
1. Open the receipt in question by going to the Activity tab
2. Tap the pencil icon to the right of the store icon or scroll to the bottom and click "Correct my Receipt"
3. If the item is listed on your receipt, select that item
a. If not, select "+Add an item that was missed"
4. Select the brand that it should have been
5. Correct the quantity/price inaccuracies
6. Click "Submit"
7. Your points will arrive soon!
If you're still missing points, please contact Support with the store name and check out date.
Please note that the partner product(s) purchased must be listed on the receipt in order to receive credit. If the receipt is not itemized, we are unable to verify that the item was purchased.
