Why does the application keep closing when I'm verifying items?

If you are experiencing technical difficulties verifying items, first close the application and open it again. The app may be slower if it is experiencing network connectivity issues with data or WiFi. If the problem persists, make sure both your phone software and Fetch Rewards is updated to the latest versions. If technical difficulties continue, please email support@fetchrewards.com with the error you are experiencing and the phone device you are using.
