I signed into my account and all my points are missing, what happened?

If you log into your account and see that all your points are missing, please logout and try signing in with another email address. It can be easy to forget which email address is used with each application. If that is not the case and there are no other email addresses that could have been used, please contact support@fetchrewards.com and include your name and email address.

    I am missing points, why??? I was 25 points away from 10000 and now it’s about 500 away.
