If an account is inactive for 91 days, the points earned on the account will expire the following day, on the 92nd day. Inactive status means there have been no receipt scans, reward redemptions, or Fetch Pay transactions on the account within that 91-day time period. Fetch will notify users via the email address on the account and by text message before their points are expired.
As long as you submit receipts, redeem points, or use your Fetch Pay debit card, you can save up as many points as you'd like, for as long as you'd like! Points will never be removed unless they expire or are used for a reward!
