If an account is inactive for 90 days, the points earned on the account will expire. Inactive status means there have been no finished receipts snapped onto the account within that 90-day time period. Fetch will notify users via the email address on the account and by text message before their points are expired.
Provided you continue to snap your shopping receipts, you can save up as many points as you'd like for as long as you'd like! Points will never be removed unless they expire or are used for a reward!
