How do I verify an item?

The application will alert you with a notification if a receipt needs to be verified. If push notifications have been turned off, open the application and go to the 'Scan' page. At the top of the page, there will be an alert that items need to be verified. Select the blue box that says 'Verify Items'. From there, you can scan the barcode of the highlighted item or use the search feature.

If the item is no longer available and you cannot scan the item, type into the search bar ‘I couldn’t find the item’ and select the box at the bottom of the page to move on with the process.
