Why did I not receive points for my friend signing up using my code?

We appreciate anytime you refer a friend to use the application. The referral points will be awarded to you and your referral after their first receipt has completely finished processing. Once processed, the points will be added as an increase in your available points.

Also make sure that the person you referred entered the code when singing up with Fetch. If a referral code was sent via text or email with a link, you must enter that referral code or acknowledge that you are bypassing this section by selecting the "skip" button to finish the sign up process. Clicking on the link will not automatically apply the referral code.
