What happens if I am having issues redeeming my reward?

If you are experiencing issues redeeming your reward with the company that your gift
card/reward is associated with (I.E. Amazon, Target etc..), please send an email to the third-
party company we use for distributing the rewards at support@virtualrewardcenter.com.
Please include the email linked to your Fetch account as well as details of what you are
experiencing.
